Most orders are shipped within 24hrs. (excluding Sundays). Sometimes I can ship them the same day depending on how early you place your order (due to post office pick up) and how many orders I receive that morning.
Shipping charges are as follows:
$5.00 for the first $25.00 of product
$25.01 to $50.00 in product $6.50
$50.01 to $75.00 in product $7.50
$75.01 to $100.00 in product $8.50
$100.01 to $125 in product $9.50
$125.01 to $150.00 in product $10.50
$150.01 to $175.00 in product $11.50
$175.01 to $200.00 in product $12.50
$200.01 to $225.00 in product $13.50
$225.01 or more $14.50
There are coupon codes that cancel out some or all of the shipping charges, depending on the subtotal of your order. Coupon codes are located on the MEMBERS 1ST LOOK page. You will have to sign up for my emails to get the password for this page.

What is the difference between the 12mm, 18mm and 20 mm snaps?
The 12mm snaps will only fit in the 12mm snap jewelry. The 12mm size is a little bit smaller than a dime.
The 18mm and 20mm snaps will fit in the 18mm or 20mm base jewelry. There are also a couple of other sizes noted like 33mm, these will also fit in the 18mm or 20mm jewelry. The 18mm-20mm snap is a little smaller than a quarter.
