My Current Health Story
On a personal note, I found this great company that will analyse your hair and give you a 1/2 hour consultation (on the phone) to explain the results and recommend minerals for you. It only costs $125 for the test and consultation. Minerals are extra.
For me, I found out that I have an overload of uranium and it is good I caught it because it could cause bone cancer if it progresses. I would never have gotten this information with my yearly blood test.
One of my sons who is a vegan, thought that avoiding meat and dairy was healthy but he was told he was high on the test in a lot of categories. So he and I are doing the metal detox for this month and the nutritionist suggested an on-going regimen. I learned a lot from the nutritionist and am trying to do better on what I eat, plus adding minerals to my diet.
Click on this link: https://lddy.no/1jmvd , scroll down to the "Visit Our Website" in the footer then click on the HAIR SAMPLE link on the menu. And if you decide to purchase your minerals through their company, I will get a percentage of what you purchase for referring you.
I am so grateful for a friend who referred me to this company. He had a loved one that was completely transform with the regimen this company recommended.
As of now, I have only been taking the minerals for 2 weeks and will have to get another test in about 3 months to see if my uranium goes down. It might take a few months to see better results. They suggest every 3 to 6 months for the test if you are having issues with your levels.
Your health is so important for a better quality of life. Our bodies can overcome some issues when caught in time.

UPDATE
5/20/24: I wanted to add an update. It's been 5 weeks since I started taking the mineral supplements and I have noticed a big difference in a pain I was getting in my hip when I stood up. I noticed that it wasn't hurting as much about 2 or 3 weeks after taking the Joint Support. I usually do not see a difference with most supplements that I've taken over the past 10 years but with the Joint Support, it made a noticeable difference.
If you purchase the Hair Analysis, you will get a 25% off coupon to use on all your orders and if you purchase $35 or more in product, you receive free shipping! Don't forget to use my link: https://lddy.no/1jmvd Thanks!
UPDATE
7/30/24: Sent in my 2nd hair sample. Waiting for results.
A Little More About Me
I am a mother of 2 boys (now men) and have been married to my husband, Jim, for over 40 years. I have been a scratch bowler for most of my life and I enjoy playing golf, racquetball, going to the movies and stamping. I organize a women's Christian book club and a monthly Lunch w/Friends and enjoy helping out at our church. I am a born-again Christian and live my faith to the best of my ability.
I started this business because I was so impressed with this crafty type of jewelry. I started by purchasing $200 of product for myself and was so impressed, I had to share it with my friends and other creative ladies, plus it gave me an income to help out with the rising costs of life.
And since I started in 2016, I haven't looked back. I so much enjoy helping my customers find what they want or just supplying them with the information they need so they can make a better decision on what to buy. I've also made a few friends along the way.
I hope you enjoy the selection of products on my website and hope to CHAT with you soon.

Update on Nutrients Involved in Maintaining Healthy Bone
Osteoporosis is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the elderly and influences quality of life, as well as life expectancy. Currently, there is a growing interest among the medical scientists in search of specific nutrients and/or bioactive compounds of natural origin for the prevention of disease and maintenance of bone health. Although calcium and vitamin D have been the primary focus of nutritional prevention of osteoporosis, a recent research has clarified the importance of several additional nutrients and food constituents. Based on this review of the literature, supplementation with vitamins B, C, K, and silicon could be recommended for proper maintenance of bone health, although further clinical studies are needed. The results of studies on long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, potassium, magnesium, cop- per, selenium, and strontium are not conclusive, although studies in vitro and in animal models are interesting and promising.
